Receptionist

Our growing hospital is looking for a friendly face to join our Reception team on a full-time basis. This position involves heavy customer interaction both in person and on the phone.  Requirements include previous computer experience, the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with accuracy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  Prefer individuals with previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.  We’re looking for a flexible individual who is available to work all shifts between the hours of 6:45 am and 8:30 pm Monday through Friday and at least two Saturdays a month (7:45 am to 2:30 pm). 

Certified Veterinary Technician 

Did you become a Veterinary Technician so that you can make a difference in the lives of companion animals? Are you enthusiastic about educating clients about the healthcare needs of their companions? We are looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician for our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include surgery assistance, radiology, laboratory testing and client education.  Requirements include previous experience as a veterinary technician/assistant and the ability to work all shifts between 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm.  CVT required.

Veterinary Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, caring person with great customer service skills to join our team on a full-time basis.  This position assists the doctors and certified veterinary technicians with client communication, exams, surgery, lab tests, and in-hospital procedures for our patients. This requires an individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once, works well with diverse individuals, and maintains composure under stress. Previous experience working with small mammals (dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, etc.) preferred but we will provide training. Requires the ability to work all shifts between 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm.
