Amanda, who goes by Mandy, joined our hospital in 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. While she is newer to the veterinary field, she brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to the team. After many years in retail, Mandy was excited to find an opportunity where she could continue using her well-honed customer service skills while working in a field where she loves caring for animals. When she heard about an opening through Annie, one of our veterinary assistants, she jumped at the chance and has been a valued part of our customer service team ever since.
Mandy especially enjoys getting to know our clients and their pets and helping create a welcoming, supportive experience from the moment they walk through the door. She has a strong interest in client education and fear-free practices, and she strives to help pet owners feel comfortable, and informed in their pets’ care. Her approach is simple but meaningful: treat both pets and their people with kindness, respect, and understanding.
At home, Mandy shares her life with two cats, Misha, a Persian tortie, and Willow, a gray tabby. Outside of work she enjoys drawing, reading, cooking, and playing video games. She’s also a talented artist and writer who creates a comic called Check Out Lane. Mandy has already self-published two books and is currently working on a third!

Natalia has been working in veterinary medicine for two years and joined our hospital team in January 2026. She is passionate about learning new information and providing compassionate care for every pet she works with.
Natalia has a special interest in fear-free handling and cat care, aiming to bring a fresh perspective to veterinary medicine. She is dedicated to educating clients, breaking down negative stigmas, and treating pets as if they were her own.
At home, Natalia shares her life with four cats — Zora, Jinx, Fae, and Mara — and her gecko, Akira. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, reading, herbalism, cooking, journaling, and hiking.
Fun fact: Natalia is a first-generation Thai-Lao-Polish American!
Natalia approaches patient care with compassion, honesty, and determination, always striving to provide the best possible care for every patient and contributes to a successful, caring hospital team.

Cassandra joins our team as a Veterinary Assistant and brings with her a genuine passion for animal care. She previously worked as a kennel assistant in 2020, where she gained valuable hands-on experience and further discovered her love for working with animals.
Cassandra has wanted to become a veterinarian since she was four years old. She has always gravitated toward animals and feels most fulfilled when caring for them and making a difference in their lives. She especially enjoys spending time with patients and finds it incredibly rewarding to know she is helping improve their well-being.
Her approach to patient care is rooted in kindness and empathy, recognizing that families are bringing in beloved pets who need help and reassurance. She strives to provide compassionate support to both patients and their owners.
At home, Cassandra has a 16-year-old orange tabby cat named Harlan and a little Chihuahua named Ginger. Outside of work, she loves to bake and share her creations with others. We’re excited to have Cassandra as part of our team!

Samantha has been a valued member of our team for over a year, bringing warmth, organization, and a true passion for helping both pets and their people. With 1 year and 3 months of experience in veterinary medicine; all of it spent right here at our hospital, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk.
What Samantha enjoys most about her role is being able to support the technicians and doctors, helping ensure patients receive the care they need. Her teamwork and positive attitude make her an essential part of the clinic experience.
Inspired by her love for animals, Samantha is dedicated to making every visit as comfortable and supportive as possible. She believes that even a small moment of extra care can make a big difference: “Those two extra minutes you give someone can mean the world to them.”
At home, Samantha is surrounded by a full and happy pack of pets, including her dogs Briar, Piper, Honey, Gizmo, Sophia, and Sugar, as well as her cats Binx and Mama. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her kids and cooking.
Fun fact: Samantha isn’t a fan of seafood—no fish of any kind!
