Veterinary Nurse
Courtney has been with ORAH since August of 2011. She started as a Kennel Attendant here at ORAH at 16 years of age and since then, she has been trained to be a nurse, assisting the doctors in surgery and the exam rooms, as well as caring for hospitalized patients and handling tech appointments. She is currently in the process of getting her license as a Certified Veterinary Technician and is excited to expand her knowledge even further in the field. To Courtney, this is much more than just a job. She loves being able to enrich the lives of our patients and educate our clients on pet care! Courtney lives nearby with her husband and daughter. She has two cats(Simba and Mae) and a retired Greyhound named Luga. She loves learning new things every day at work as there is never a dull moment. She is passionate about animals, and that comes through in her interactions with clients and their fur babies. We love having Courtney as part of our team!
