They Love Us

Amazing! The team at Orchard Road are all wonderful! My dog Parker had swallowed something and it was lodged in his intestines and anchored in his stomach, and Dr. Huffman and his team were able to remove part of the intestines and the object lodged in them. Parker made a full recovery! The care Parker and my wife and I received was amazing. So much so that, the overnight emergency care we had to leave Parker with, said Dr. Huffman called several times throughout the night to check on his, (all already being monitored by the overnight emergency staff) vitals, staples, and overall recovery including at 3 a.m!!! This shows that Dr. Huffman really cares about his patients, and less than perfect care will not do! Thank you Orchard Road!!

Dr. D. has always taken such good care of our dogs! The whole staff provide such great service. They truly love their jobs.

My dog and I love this place! Dr Kennedy is AMAZING! And has done so much to help Samson. The doctors and staff are all incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My dog is kind of aloof but came back happy as a puppy from a day at Orchard for medical day care! My experience is that any service there is exceptional! Pet day care, emergency visit accommodations, vet services, and follow up! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks everyone!

Dr. Linda Flieg and her staff care about our pets like they are her own. You can’t ask for more caring treatment. We’ve brought our dogs here since 1991 and will continue to do so.

Dr. Flieg and Dr. Distajo are top notch. I have been going to Orchard Road for many years and my dogs have received the very best treatment. The staff greets my dog when we arrive and they give you the impression that they love your dog almost as much as you do.

There is a reason they have been in business for 25 years. They provide a high level of care at a fair price. The staff has been great in helping us care for our 2 labs, assisting with routine exams, vacations and dental cleanings.

I absolutely love this hospital. The staff are loving, genuinely care about all pets, they follow up, and are very smart! I’ve been to many vets and this one tops the charts! I’ve seen many vets here and not one is better than the other. The place is a gem!!!!

Dr Huffman is the BEST!! He is always kind, caring, and patient! He answers every and any questions we have and our dogs LOVE him❤!! Kaileigh and Baileigh always have to get a kiss! Their sister Gracelyn RIP did too! He took care of our Gracelyn and Bullseye up to the day they Crossed Rainbow Bridge and he will ALWAYS be our DR! ❤❤❤

Dr. Distajo has been our vet for over 12 years. She is so wonderful with not only our pets, but with us as well. We recently had to put one of our dogs down and we were a little disappointed that she was booked and we had to make the appointment with one of the other vets. When we got there she had rearranged her schedule so she could be there with us. It meant a lot to us and it's hard to find that kind of care anywhere. They have never pushed extra services or tests on us which is a huge plus in their favor. Everyone we have dealt with there throughout the years has always been kind, helpful, and professional. Our family highly recommends them.

A big shout out to everyone today who helped take care of my Edgar, a very large, but very shy loving cat who suddenly showed signs that could be serious. They took him in quickly, accommodated my work schedule and made him feel loved and calm while providing necessary care to him and education and instructions to me! I finally found a vet who I feel puts my pet first, my love for my pet second and their source of income as a consequence of their helping the animals they love!

Dr. Flieg and her staff have been taking care of our fur children since 1990. There are not enough words to describe the skill and expertise, love and compassion that each of the vets and each member of the staff have shown us over the years. Although we have been totally comfortable with each of the doctors, Dr. Flieg has been our cats' primary vet and we were so pleased she was working this past Saturday when we took our sweet Chloe in for what we thought was a bladder infection. As it turned out, Chloe had cancer and we had to make the painful and heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. Dr. Flieg guided us through the process, stayed with us and let us have all the time we needed with Chloe. Dr. Flieg, Rick and I are so grateful you were with Chloe until she took her last breath. Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts, God bless you.

We have been patients of Dr. Flieg since she opened her practice years ago. We have seen all of the docs over the years, and they have always taken excellent care of our pets. We recently had to put our 13 year old dog down, and Dr. Kennedy and her assistant were so kind, gentle, and caring with the process, especially with my kids present (ages 8 & 11).
